I am collaborative, honest, and straightforward. My role is to guide and support you, not to do the work for you. While I contribute ideas, our partnership helps you establish realistic, sustainable goals you can accomplish.

For 1:1 Nutrition Counseling, my initial session is 90 minutes to set a strong foundation. After that, appointments are 60 minutes. I am currently available only on Fridays and I typically meet with new clients weekly or bi-weekly at first to build momentum. Once goals are met, we transition to bi-weekly, then monthly. There’s some flexibility based on your schedule, but weekly sessions are highly recommended early on.
